The service

FosterClips helps animal rescue organizations collect foster-pet photos and videos, create adoption content, and share it. It is provided free to non-profit foster and rescue organizations, as-is and without warranty.

Your account & content

• Rescues are responsible for their account, their staff users, and having permission to text the foster families they add. Foster families can opt out of texts at any time by replying STOP.
• You keep ownership of the photos and videos you upload. You grant FosterClips the license needed to store, process, and display them for your rescue's purposes — including the reels/carousels we generate and the public pages or social posts you choose to publish.
• Publishing to a connected social account (e.g. Instagram) happens only when you initiate it, and is subject to that platform's own terms.

Acceptable use

No unlawful content, no spam, no misrepresenting your organization, no uploading content you lack rights to. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or harm the animals-first mission.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FosterClips is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Third-party listing sites, SMS carriers, and social platforms are outside our control.
